Article 1

Purpose of the service

Calthia is an online regulatory monitoring service. It gathers information from official sources, classifies it and presents it through radars, timelines, bulletins and monitoring documents.

Article 2

Registration and account

Creating an account requires a valid email address and a password. The organisation name is optional. Account holders provide accurate information and protect their credentials.

The account can only be used after activation through the link sent to the provided address.

Article 3

Plans and features

The features, limits and prices of each plan are presented on the Pricing page. The Free plan requires no payment card.

For a paid plan, the summary shown before confirmation states the amount, applicable taxes and billing period.

Article 4

Payment and cancellation

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Calthia stores no card number.

The account owner can manage or cancel a subscription from the billing area. The effective cancellation date is shown before confirmation. Paid features may be suspended following a failed payment.

Article 5

Sources and monitoring operation

Calthia collects and archives official publications before analysing them. Each result retains its source, reference, date and, where available, integrity evidence.

Radars match publications with topics selected by the user. This documentary match does not by itself determine whether a text applies to a specific situation.

Article 6

User responsibilities

Users must not misuse the service, attempt to access another person’s account, disrupt the platform or reuse data in a way that breaches source rights.

Users remain responsible for the topics they monitor, source verification and decisions made from the information they consult.

Article 7

Service availability

Calthia uses reasonable means to provide collection, account access and deliveries included in the plan. Maintenance, a network failure or an unavailable official source may temporarily interrupt a feature.

Article 8

Nature of information and liability

Calthia provides documentary monitoring assistance. Summaries, classifications and alerts are neither legal advice nor a guarantee of completeness or compliance.

The official publication remains authoritative. When a decision has legal, tax, employment or financial consequences, users should verify the source and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Article 9

Personal data

Data required for the account, security and selected features is processed under the Calthia privacy notice. Account holders may request a copy or correction by email and delete their account from My account.

Article 10

Intellectual property

The Calthia brand, interface and original content remain protected. Official texts and source rights retain their own legal status.

Article 11

Changes and complaints

Users are informed of material changes to these terms before they take effect. Users who do not accept them may close their account or cancel their subscription before that date.

These terms are governed by French law. Questions or complaints may be sent to veille@notifications.calthia.fr so that an amicable solution can first be sought.
